The changes are straight forward: once logical block numbers get > 0xffff,
start using the apropriate large scsi cmd variant.
The lossage is imediate if your NetBSD partition starts at a greater
block number, otherwise you might get lucky untill a new kernel is copied
to a cylindergroup further inside the partition.
However, this was not the problem in this case - we need to debug this
further.
My attemts to transfer the files undamaged via ftp have not worked.
I'll ping Nigel to make an official release, maybe we can get it in
for 5.0 still.
