There is a very large collection of application software ported to NetBSD (though not necessarily to all platforms that NetBSD supports) in http://www.pkgsrc.org/
Pre-built (compiled) binaries for NetBSD/mac68k 6.0 (which should work on NetBSD 7 as well) can be found at http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/mac68k/6.0/
