I was really annoyed when I found the directory a while back (through 
68k mla.org, IIRC), and looked at the timestamps. Bill knew full well I 
had been looking for that information back when I wrote iwm(4). Instead 
he quietly dumped the trove, and went away. Back then, I would have had 
no problem assembling the round tuits for swim(4), much unlike now.
