I've got X running, and I'm trying to use various window managers.

Two questions:

1) I have the stock B&W G3 mouse, which has one button. How do I immitate
the middle and right mouse buttons? On mac68k, option-left-arrow and
option-right-arrow usually work, but that doesn't seem to work w/ my usb
kbd.

2) I've got enlightenment running, and some of the icons look weird. Has
anyone else noticed this?
