I'm having toruble getting OF to boot the floppy.

I type:

BOOT fd:0

And get:

READ TIMEOUT

The next time I type it, I get:

READ TIMEOUTREAD TIMEOUT
NETBSD/macppcblahblahblah
email address blahblah
DEFAULT CATCH, code=FFF00600 at % SRR0:006C9DF4 %SRR1 00003070
ok

And it gives me another prompt. The next time I try it, I get

CLAIM failed


Any ideas? I'm using the install floppy that was up yesterday at umich, but
I doubt that that's the problem.
