Because the install notes are for "simple" installations without getting
into any fancy stuff.  They're already way too involved for most people and
that's as simple as I can make them.

The FAQ points to the Partitioning HOW-TO,
http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/macppc/partitioning.html which points to a post
about using pdisk.  As far as I'm concerned, pdisk is for "advanced" users.
