Hello,

I have the following problem - whenever I boot a kernel I compiled myself 
it panics - saying it can't find init.

boot device: sd0
root on sd0a dumps on sd0b
exec /sbin/init: error 14

everything appears to be correct, the generic kernel from the ftp site 
works, but so far all kernels I compiled failed at this point, even 
GENERIC.
