I'm a fan of using -d as well (cvs up -Pd) to make sure that any new directories
are fetched.

Also, check http://releng.netbsd.org/ to see how the semi-nightly builds are
going.  I've pretty much run out of disk space so I haven't tried building
world recently.

Anyone try an Adaptec SATA controller with NetBSD/macppc before?
