I have found that using the 1.6 rather than 1.6Z install floppy with
input-device ttya and output-device ttya solves this problem (Thanks to all
who advised). However, as I cannot access the CDROM (I have tried the
premade image and have tried with an iso) I have to get sets using my
network card
ex0 at pci0 dev 14 function 0: 3Com 3c905B-TX 10/100 Ethernet (rev. 0x0)
ex0: found in power state D3, attempting to recover.
ex0: changed power state to D0.
ex0: interrupting at irq 25
So... I type in my network settings, try to connect to my network and the
card switches off. By this I mean that the green light (on the card)
switches off leaving only a yellow light which also switches off after a
little while. NetBSD doesn't seem to notice. Any ideas while I'm trying all
my other cards?
Andy.
