I doubt that it is an OpenFirmware setting at all, but rather just a
PRAM setting affecting power manager. It is just a guess, but my
reasonings are:
1) It isn't in printenv
2) It predates OpenFirmware (and PowerPC)
3) Most importantly, OpenFirmware isn't running until the machine is
turned on...chicken & egg kinda thing there
I'd certainly be happy to be shown wrong there though :)
