... the flag you're looking for is indeed 0x04 - RB_NOSYNC.  Having 
looked around for exactly this information a couple months ago, I can 
say it wasn't really intuitive (for me, anyway) to find.  (I think I 
found it through a combination of mailing list posts and looking through 
/usr/include/sys)
