I'm still working on adding bus_dmamap_sync() to USB. I added some
to ohci, and now it fails; while a kernel from yesterday boots.
Maybe I've just been unlucky, I've tried it only once (having to burn a CD-R
to boot a test kernel doesn't make things easy :(
