It's what the OSX install CDs put into my G3's nvram and which allows  
them to boot. Yes it's 2.0f.

Yeah, I think I remember now - bootxx must be in partition a or  
whatever OF thinks is the 1st partition, not necessarily the 1st  
sectors of the disk.

It still is since the autoboot problem is a firmware thing - nothing  
to do with NetBSD. Today it should work even if 2.0 wasn't  
autobootable since machfb should be able to setup the graphics chip.
