pmset alternative on NetBSD

Hi guys
In searching for the possibility to have my NetBSD box autorestart  
after powerfailure....
I stumbled upon the "pmset" utility.... which is MacOSX/Darwin  
only......

What similar utility is there on NetBSD ?
