Hi Steph,

I was having very similar issues with my DP 800. Anything but Mac OS X  
hardlocks on boot. I've never made it past the boot process :/ I've  
posted here about this problem about a year ago but with no luck. I've  
swapped EVERYTHING in the machine other than the mobo and the CPU  
daughter-card. I really hope you can figure this one out.
