New driver for NVIDIA GeForce2 hardware

Hello,

the gffb driver has been in cvs for a few weeks, now it's mature enough
for general testing so I added it to GENERIC. It has the usual goodies
like virtual consoles, anti-aliased font support, acceleration etc.,
there is no support for changing video modes but at least both analog
and digital outputs should work properly.

So far it will only attach to GeForce2 MX chips ( since that's what I
have here ), it /should/ work with most or all other chips from the
same generation ( NV1x - the original GeForce 256, GeForce2, GeForce4
MX and nForce ). Anyone with this kind of hardware please tweak
gffb_match() and see what happens.
