re: observations with "HAVE_GCC=48"

i had similar issues when trying -current with gcc 4.5 as well as
gcc 4.8.  i haven't gotten around to testing what parts work where
yet, but plan to...

i've been using ofwboot from netbsd 6.1.3, but for me the gcc 4.8
kernel crashes right after the no adb message, and ddb is unable
to talk to my keyboard.  (this is a G4 mac mini.)
