I've been thinking of adding

	defopt opt_ntp.h	MIPS1 MISP3 

to sys/arch/mips/files.mips. This would move the "MIPS1" and "MIPS3"
config options from a kernel Makefile into an into a .h file.  I can
update the mips port.  I can update the in-tree mips ports to match
(maybe not pica, if its truly moribund) but not the out-of-tree ports.

Would anyone prefer to stick with the status quo ante?
