_JBLEN is not defined anywhere on mips ports.
sys/arch/mips/include/setjmp.h still tries to include
<machine/pubassym.h>, but that no longer exists.
For now I've klugded the definition in my own tree to be 87.

How's it supposed to work for 64-bit-clean userland?
