No. Because IRIX programs are going to expect the trap entry points
to save/restore all 64-bits of the registers.
Basically, this requires full 64-bit support.

Actually N32 is a perfectly good reason to do so, and Simon Burge and
I have been (slowly) working out the details for a while now.
