Just taking a quick look at the supplied Linux source it seems to use the
standard r3k_foo functions from the MIPS specific mm and cache source. The
supplied precompiled GNU tools point towards a standard MIPS build too.
Unfortunately the OEM who made the Linux source available has missed some
important things. Not insurmountable.
I have ordered a Minitar and soon hope to be poking around it with a homebrew
JTAG kit and the tools on http://openwince.sf.net/jtag .
Do you know if the EJTAG spec allows you to peek and poke memory in a device
so you could conceivably program the FLASH without the BSDL file?
