Good catch, although as Paul said it would be good if -Werror implied
this too. Any binutils folks listening in suggest the best way of
making that happen?
--fatal-warnings is an MI gas option, not an MD one. I'll suggest on
tech-kern that we enable it across the board for kernels and userland.
