The RouterStation Pro has a bootloader (redboot IIRC) that can tftp and reflash
the firmware. Instructions for installing Linux-based router FW (OpenWRT) can
be found here:

My suggestion would be to follow the OpenWRT instructions with the Linux FW to
first establish a baseline of success, then replace it with NetBSD.
I'd be interested to hear about your success...
