I got 256MB tested-and-confirmed EDO memory (2 sticks) from memoryxsun.com in May 2020. That was a Yahoo! store and no longer exists. I think I still have the old sticks in the packaging/receipt for the 2x128MB. If I find it, I'll check for other contact info. They had more in stock then (May).
