I've picked up a couple of VMEbus cards that lack manuals.  I'm having some 
problems getting them working, because I don't know how to set their 
addresses, etc.  I'd be greatful if anyone who has setting for the following 
boards could drop me a note. 

MVME224A-1 VME/VSB Memory Board
MVME376    Ethernet Controller
MVME328    SCSI Controller
V/SMD 4200 Interphase SMD Controller 

And an unidentified (handles removed) Motorola VME/non-VSB memory card.  ZIP 
memory chips, apparently 16MB max (4MB on mine).  4 switch blocks on the 
card: 

S1 & S4  8-position
S2       4-position
S3       6-position
