Ok, the boot image management in hdsetup has been put into a program
now called "bim" and has been added to the NetBSD-current source tree.
It still needs clean-up and some functionality changes, but it is usable
as it stands.  A binary for bim will replace the hdsetup binary in the
next binary snapshot.
