that used to be the case, at least for the machine-independent SCSI
code. it was then fixed, because of the da30 port. i think it's
still fixed. 8-)
If you folks are still using a 'private copy' of the scsi code, that
might be part of the problem. also, there might be problems in your
machine-dependent driver, but i dunno about that...
