I recently checked in a new interrupt driven NCR scsi driver.  I appears
to to somewhat unstable.  Don't upgrade unless you are willing to live
with an unstable system and help us find the problem.

The new driver has shown to decrease time to completion of making a
kernel from scratch by up to 10%.  Also, system time drops quite
a bit.
