egcs 1.1.2 has just been released. I have just checked and it does *not*
have the changes we worked on and are currently in the NetBSD tree.

Looking at the CVS history, it seems that the 1.1.2 branch was taken some
time ago and our changes were added just after that.

The upshot of all this is that if we "upgrade" to 1.1.2, we will have to
merge in the changes.
