Subject: small hiccup in release building

While testing out the release target, I ran into this: (I think the
snapshot might have had the same problem... I'm not sure any more.)
sh ../distrib/sets/maketars -s ../distrib/sets -d /usr/obj/netbsd-current -t /usr/obj/snapshot/binary/sets
making base.tgz
making comp.tgz
pax: Unable to access ./usr/include/ns32k <No such file or directory>
making etc.tgz
Anyone know if it's a makefile problem or a build problem? Just thought
I'd see if someone already knows before I start chasing this down.
