No, these routines need explicit dmfc/dmtc, and they need to be
assembled in `.set mips3' mode.

See locore_mips3.S r1.110 and figure out what to do to make sure
compiling for playstation2 set. Maybe something as gross as
`|| defined(MIPS3_5900)'.
