Cool. Using the instructions Adam created, along with small changes I noted in 
my previous message, as well as commenting out the iteattach pseudo device 
references in ioconf.c, I have built and booted /netbsd on a pmax to the point 
that it panics looking for init.

I just attempted to build init, and it appears that some magic may be required 
to do so. Has anyone else figured out what the appropriate include list needs 
to be to build this in the cross-build environment?
