All of the DECstations from WSE speak bootp and tftp. That's the
[23]100 and all the 5000/* machines. I don't know if the 5100, 5400
and similar machines do, though.
Bootparamd happens after booting, so whether it would work depends on
NetBSD. If you boot a miniroot kernel, you don't need bootparamd,
since your root is in memory, not on NFS.
