I committed a small fix to the Ethernet driver that reportedly
fix the problems with booting on 3100s, and committed a call
to stacktrace() just before trapDump() in trap.c.

I intend to also commit my hoary old turbochannel-interrupt-enable
patches to autoconf.c and machdep.c today, unless anyone says loudly
not to.
