Subject: /dev/tty00 only outputs one char on 5k/25

I tried Arne's gennetbsd and NEWCONF-alike kernel. Same behaivour.
And tried many combinations stty setups. Disabling flowcontrol etc.

I checked with RS-232 debugger. On char is correctly output and the 
output is suspended. I can break with CNTL^C and repeat. Any clue?
