Hunh? No, the pmax code only has one initial boot block - it's just
that the NetBSD partition information is offset in that block by 64
bytes.
The best way to get a working disklabel program would be to just grab
the Ultrix disklabel (which could probably as easily be described as a
standalone disklabel) and build it. AFAIK, it will not try to do
i386-style boot blocks.
