The installation notes in the CVS tree now include the "seek=16" on
the relevant "dd" lines, and I've fixed the "bootpath" reference for
the 2100/3100. Thanks for pointing that out. I also added some
additional material that dates back to last September; I'm not sure
how or why that got left out.
