With supped sources current as of 970206, 1200CST, I am unable to build
NetBSD-current on a pmax machine running 1.2:

# uname -a

The error I receive is:

Can someone enlighten me as to whether a solution can be reached here? 
These things don't build so quickly (although this machine is a 5k/240), and
I'd like to bring myself and then keep -current.
