Eeek, looks like there might be another snapshot tomorrow-ish.

I've fixed yet more ECOFF structure definitions and rewritten
elf2ecoff so that it outputs a nm-able binary (Ultrix or GNU binutils nm).

The nice thing about this is that it makes diskless workstations
simpler; if you can TFTPboot a kernel out of the diskless machine's
root directory, then you can use an ECOFF-format kernel for both
TFTP-booting and as the diskless machine's /netbsd (for libkvm and
nlist purposes.)

Unfortunately, this means a new libkvm,  and so a new snapshot...
Monday-ish, maybe.
