I'm having problems with the video on my Personal DecStation 5000/25
It has the built-in color video card. But, I cannot get it to sync on a
DEC color monitor. However, sick as it may be, I can get it to display red
or blue channel on a Mono monitor made for the 21/3100 series. I think
that either

 A) My card is hosed  or
 B) I need to change a parameter in the PROM.
