I updated the 32meg  disk-image with a current kernel (as of the
30-aug snapshot) and an /sbin and /bin from the same date.
The resulting diskimage should boot on a r4000- or r4400-based system.

Apologies to anyone inconvenienced during the update -- scanning back,
it looks like there was at least one.
