I ususally do somthing like
	mkdir /$host/compile/CONFIGNAME
	cd  /$host/compile/CONFIGNAME
	config -b . -s /sys /sys/arch/pmax/conf/CONFIGNAME
	make depend; make

but then I have lots  of configs to build for.

I think all we have is /usr/share/mk/README.bsd, but that's not very
helpful for building new kernels.
