I managed to scrounge up an old 3GB micropolis disk for my 5000/200 or
/25, yet it's suffering from a few bad blocks.  I hate to have to put
this one in the 'dead' box--any suggestions on low level formatting, bad
block forwarding?  I tried an Ultrix dist. rzdisk w/no luck (errors).
