Me, too. /etc/rc.d/ is a showstopper of 1.5 release, at least for
NetBSD/pmax. I've heard that NetBSD/cobalt spends only 10+ seconds
before login: prompt (it has RM5230 processor) on NFS root directory,
though.
Fork/exec performance _must be_ improved.
