Can't say about the V4...

Bought the Virtex II stuff for the Xilinx ML300 board
from Wasabi Systems about 18 months ago.  Been pretty happy
with it. Definitely beats the "roll your own BSP" route.

We unpacked it, loaded it onto the board and it worked.
Can't ask for much more than that.  Not sure if it's
been rolled into the public tree yet, kind of doubt it.
