Is this really a first generation VF2? The options are

jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2.dtsi
jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.2a.dts
jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.3b.dts

Please try pkgsrc u-boot in  pkgsrc/sysutils/u-boot-visionfive2

You might like to try the new u-boot from an SD cards before flashing.
