Re: VisionFive 2 Boot/Root Device

I have a VisionFive 2 board that I bought to play with. It boots the
StarFive Debian image fine, but it doesn't do as well with a NetBSD
riscv64.img image downloaded recently from releng. Once I sorted out
the serial console, I got the boot log which I have uploaded here:
Is this really a first generation VF2? The options are
jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2.dtsi
jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.2a.dts
jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.3b.dts

The boot/root should be the microSD card, but while I see dwcmmc[01], I
don't see sdmmc? or ld?. I am new to the hardware platform, so I could be
missing something obvious.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I don't need to run
NetBSD on this board, but I would prefer it.
Please try pkgsrc u-boot in pkgsrc/sysutils/u-boot-visionfive2
Some instructions to help are here:
https://docs.u-boot.org/en/latest/board/starfive/visionfive2.html
You might like to try the new u-boot from an SD cards before flashing.
