Problem solved!
Generally, SGI machine(Indigo R3K, Indigo R4K, Indy, Indigo2) to store
MAC address at hpc_eeprom[250] - hpc_eeprom[255].

However, Indigo R3K(early lot) to store MAC address at hpc_eeprom[122]
- hpc_eeprom[127].
