	* rewrite interrupt routine (includes rewrite "shbus" bus interface)

	* switch to use gcc-2.95.2

	* switch default to ELF (and not to use underscore)

	* small change scif.c to support SH7709A's irDA port

	* support DMA on SCIF

	* integrate sci.c and scif.c into one source file.
