No. Here is the mapping from SunOS:
NULL, /* 14 = /dev/cgone */

NULL, /* 39 = /dev/cgfour */
%DEVSW(cgthree), /* 55 = /dev/cgthree */

NULL, /* 68 = /dev/cgnine */
NULL, /* 102 = /dev/cgtwelve */
(never mind what those %devsw's are, just use the numbers :-) ). The
indirect driver /dev/fb should be #22.
