I don't understand -- the RCONSOLE is the fast console driver, the one that
bypasses the ROM console char-by-char routine, right?
Oh, wait, lemme think this through:
RCONSOLE hasn't been attached to a cgsix because it has its own on-board
memory and doesn't really need to be mmapped into core as a result, is
that it?
I suppose it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to use an RCONSOLE for the
ctty portion of the console, deferring to the cg6 for graphics apps...
